The 18th Street Utility Improvements Project – City of Waco involves the comprehensive rehabilitation and modernization of underground water and sanitary sewer infrastructure along the corridor. The scope includes the installation of new water and wastewater mains, removal and abandonment of existing utilities, construction of manholes, and connection of residential and commercial services to the upgraded system.
