The Firefly Shores Subdivision project involved the construction of civil infrastructure for a new residential subdivision within Legendary Estates on Lake LBJ. The scope included right-of-way preparation, excavation, embankment construction, roadway development, and installation of underground utility systems serving the new development.

Work included the installation of potable water distribution lines, sanitary sewer force mains, fire hydrants, residential utility services, valves, ductile iron fittings, and irrigation infrastructure added through a contract change order. Additional improvements included erosion control measures, trench safety systems, electrical and communications infrastructure, and preparation for storm drainage and roadway improvements.

This project delivered the essential underground utility and site infrastructure required to support the long-term development of a modern residential community.
