The Legendary Estates on Lake LBJ Replat and Infrastructure Improvements Project involved the installation and enhancement of underground and surface infrastructure to support the reconfiguration of Lots 9, 10, and 18 within the development. The scope included the installation of an 8-inch water main, single and double water services, fire hydrant assemblies, and a sanitary force main with pressurized sewer services.
Additional work included excavation and earthwork, aggregate base construction, concrete paver roadways, ribbon curb installation, asphalt repairs, connections to existing manholes, as well as underground electrical systems, traffic signage, and traffic control, resulting in a fully serviced and development-ready site.
