The Boat Town – Phase Three Project involved site preparation activities to enable future development of the property. The scope included the demolition of existing houses, tree removal, and excavation with material haul-off, resulting in a cleared and properly prepared site ready for subsequent construction phases. All work was performed in a controlled and safe manner to ensure efficient site readiness.
