The Fredericksburg ISD – GCAD Building Sanitary Improvements Project involved the installation and connection of new sanitary sewer infrastructure to improve service and system functionality. The scope included the installation of 6-inch and 4-inch sewer lines, construction of a 4-foot diameter manhole, installation of sewer clean-outs, and a core-drilled connection to an existing manhole.
Additional work included sanitary sewer testing, traffic control implementation, and surface restoration, including asphalt and concrete repairs, resulting in a fully operational and reliable sanitary system for the school district facility.
