The Industrial Boulevard Waterline Replacement Project involved the upgrade and expansion of potable water infrastructure along a major roadway corridor in the City of Abilene. The scope included the installation of 12-inch, 10-inch, 8-inch, and 6-inch PVC C900 water mains, trenchless crossings using steel and HDPE casing bores, and the installation of water services, gate valves, and system connections.
Additional work included service relocations and reconnections, fire hydrant installations, traffic control, environmental protection measures (SWPPP), and surface restoration, resulting in a more reliable and resilient water distribution system serving the industrial area.
