The Legendary Estates – Lake LBJ Development Project involved the installation of underground potable water and pressurized sewer (forcemain) infrastructure as part of a residential development. The scope included the installation of approximately 3,280 linear feet of 4-inch forcemain piping, along with the construction of an 8-inch PVC C900 water main, complete with valves, fittings, and restraint systems.
Additional work included tapping sleeve connections, air release valve installations, modifications within the lift station and valve vault, as well as hydrostatic testing and disinfection, ensuring reliable and fully operational water and wastewater systems for the development.
