The Lower Meadow Site Improvements Project involved the installation and enhancement of underground utility infrastructure to support development within Boot Ranch. The scope included potable water service installations, connections to the existing water system, sanitary sewer line installation, and the placement of conduits for future gas, electrical, and irrigation services.
Additional work included the installation of valves, tapping sleeves, water meters, and trenchless boring beneath golf cart paths, allowing seamless integration of utilities while minimizing surface disturbance. The project delivered a fully serviced and development-ready site.
