The Pecan Villas Project involved the construction of essential utility infrastructure and civil site improvements for a commercial/residential development in Fredericksburg, Texas. The scope included the installation of a 1-inch potable water service from the main, a complete fire hydrant assembly, and a 4-inch sanitary sewer service with a manhole.
Additional work included general site excavation, driveway and parking area preparation, installation of compacted flexible base and granite gravel, asphalt repairs, construction of a concrete approach, and the excavation and construction of a stormwater detention pond with outflow piping, rip-rap protection, and matting, resulting in a fully improved and development-ready site.
