The Phase 1 Remaining Lot Services Project at Boot Ranch involved the installation and completion of potable water and sanitary sewer services for multiple residential lots within the development. The scope included individual water service installations, extensions of existing water lines, and the installation of 4-inch and 8-inch sanitary sewer piping, as well as low-pressure sewer force mains (LPSS) connected to existing manholes.
Additional work included the construction of new manholes, special external drop connections, trench safety measures, erosion control, and surface restoration, including asphalt repairs and concrete golf cart path repairs, resulting in fully serviced and development-ready residential lots.
