The Matagorda County Water Distribution System Project involved performing earthwork and roadway-related construction activities to support the installation and improvement of the water distribution system. The scope included roadway and channel excavation, embankment construction, grading and blading operations, and the installation of cement-treated base materials to ensure structural stability.
Additional work included removal of existing structures, erosion and sediment control, and surface restoration, resulting in a prepared and stable corridor for reliable water system operation and related infrastructure.
